Vicariates

At the end of 2001 there was a priest assigned to every canonical parish in the archdiocese (64 priests are assigned to the 61 parishes and they serve 197 worship communities).

However, not all those who are assigned are expected or able to give ‘full time’ ministry or presence.

In two parishes there are Religious sisters appointed by the archbishop for full time ministry with the assigned priest.
